Hi! I’m Megan and I’m a documentary family + film photographer with a heart for real-life connection and emotion in my images. When my children were little, I found myself drawn to the images of their childhood that showed both our reality and a strong emotional element.

I embrace imperfections.

I believe wholeheartedly that allows me to see the beauty in yours.

When I shoot, I give myself over to feelings inside my heart more than anything else.

I hardly ever look at a sharp, in focus and smiling image and really FEEL something.

What you will find here is an exploration of the world you live in.

My biggest hope is that you leave our time together saying “my life is art set only in a place and with people that belong to my heart and even in the midst of chaos, crisis or even happiness I can SEE it and FEEL it and SIT in it.

Because of these images I feel a gift that is the story of our now."
